Scott Jennie serves as the California State Director and National State Director for the Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN). He is currently a member of the Firefighter Cancer Awareness Month Committee, collaborating with the FCSN and IAFF on campaigns that produce various educational materials focused on cancer awareness, prevention, and best practices. This year, Scott also contributed to the FCSN White Paper titled “Doing it Right: Taking Action Against Cancer.” With over 35 years of experience in the fire service, he recently retired as a Fire Captain/Paramedic from the Laguna Beach Fire Department. Scott has delivered presentations on occupational cancer prevention and awareness across the United States.
